Welcome to WRAP. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website https://wrapofficial.com (“Site”) and purchasing our products.

2. Product Description Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product images, colors, and details accurately. However, variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric dye lots.

WRAP reserves the right to modify product details, prices, or availability without prior notice.

All items sold are described to the best of our ability. Variations in color, texture, or minor details may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing processes. Minor variations in colour in matching sets of abaya/scarf/garments may occur. Goods will not be taken back or exchanged, except when expressly agreed in writing.

3. Pricing & Payment

Payment Due Date: Full payment is due on order.

Payment Method: Payments are accepted via Online payment (G-Pay, Bank Transfer) / Cash payments.

Bank & Transaction Charges: All bank charges and transfer fees must be borne by the buyer.

All prices on our website are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept online payments through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to pay may result in withholding of goods, or referral to a collection agency, with all associated costs payable by the buyer.


4. Ownership Clause:
Goods remain the property of “WRAP LABEL” until full payment is received. Any designs or patterns shared with the client remain the intellectual property of“WRAP LABEL” unless explicitly agreed upon and transferred in writing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., made-to-order items).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

WRAP is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Does Not Waive Rights: - Delivery of goods or services does not constitute a waiver of payment terms or seller rights. Delivery charges to be borne by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Refund & Return Policy for terms regarding eligibility, timelines, and conditions.
Inspection Upon Receipt: The client is required to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or issue must be reported within 24 hours. After this period, the goods are deemed accepted in full and in good condition.
Refund Policy: No Returns or Exchanges, All sales are final. Payments made are non-refundable unless agreed in writing under exceptional circumstances, or if there’s a verified manufacturing defect reported within the 24-hour window, which cannot be rectified.

Liability Limitation: Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods sold. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Custom Orders / Made-to-Order Items

For custom or made-to-order pieces, minor variations in design, fit, or finish may occur.

Once production begins, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Fit & Usage Disclaimer:
We do not guarantee the fit, suitability, or intended use of any clothing material once altered, washed, or tailored. Clients are responsible for verifying suitability before cutting or altering the material. We provide no express or implied warranties beyond what is legally required. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use, wear, or alteration of the material.

9. Promotions & Discounts

All offers, coupon codes, and discounts are subject to terms specific to each promotion.

WRAP reserves the right to cancel or modify offers at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, graphics, logos, videos, product photographs, and other materials, is the intellectual property of WRAP.

Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

WRAP will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

13. Force Majeure:
“WRAP LABEL” shall not be held liable for delivery, delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to ( acts of God, government regulations, personal emergencies, natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, or supplier issues.

14. Indemnity Clause:
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sellers:-“WRAP LABEL” from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use, misuse, resale, or modification of the purchased material or unauthorized use of the goods/services.

15. Confidentiality & Jurisdiction:
All terms of this transaction are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent. All transactions are governed by the laws of Mumbai/Maharashtra. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within Mumbai Jurisdiction.
